Laughed about this quilt as I had sent it to Tessa as one of my unwanted UFO quilt tops and she sent it back to me to quilt it, just thought that was funny, if only I had shown her first though would have saved on postage, sorry Tessa.

Anyway it was fun to do and Tessa requested something different this time, so great I love a challenge. She requested something simple and possible feathers. OK I drew a picture of my idea and sent it to her, teasing her a little as you can see by the first picture – it is just a huge vermicelli..ha ha no way would I do this for a customer’s quilt unless they specifically asked for it, that pattern is done and dusted to death as far as I am concerned. You will see from later pictures what I did with that boring line. Oh yes, I did the feathers too. For some reason I cannot get the colour purple quite right, it was a very rich purple, but hey-ho not to worry. Hope you like what I did for Tessa’s Tulips. I apologise for the pictures being muddled, WordPress has altered how the pictures are uploaded and I didn’t realise and am too lazy to change them. 😦

Thank you Tessa for letting me loose with your quilt

I have been brought another quilt to do, this time it is for JANICE, she delivered it to me today, it is gorgeous and I have pinned it up already to start the quilting process.

Hmm what do you say about yourself? I am a Quilter. I just love to Quilt for myself and others. I love fabrics and threads, simple things, but they make me very happy.
